[b]Packaging of truck engine to car application  [/b]: with minimum routing component modification the existing truck engine is packaged in the SUV hood. Component development for the exclusive parts and physical packaging was done. Performance trails under progress for the SOP at 2013.
Lead member for the issue resolving for critical parts failure during durability test.

Design review for an engine being developed. Verification and modification of cylinder block, cylinder head, exhaust manifold, valve train and power train components. Worked along with AVL engineers at Austria for the modification of the above through various design reviews, 3D-modelling, calculations and analysis.
- Design and development of new engine at ITALY
Design review for 3 cylinder diesel engine development along with STC consultant for major design finalization. Verification and modification of necessary components. Worked along with senior consultants for clean sheet engine design review.
- Design and development of timing pulleys at TAIWAN
Design review for manufacturing the Cam & Crank pulley for timing drive in sintering process by understanding sintering die making technology.
- Design and development of new engine at Japan
Design review for YD25 & ZD30 engine localisation. Verification and modification of necessary components. Worked along with NML –ATSUGI R&D Engineers for understanding the RFQ.
- Design & Development of oil pump driven balancer shaft for Passenger car application
Conceptual design of the Oil pump Housing with front oil seal. Based on two wheeler concept deployed in truck application worked along with oil pump manufacturer to materialize the same.
Handling design deviations based on manufacturing feasibility. 
- Development of Components through Reverse Engineering 
Development of scan data of component profile. 
Preparation of 3D component model and 2D drawing based on the scan data. 
Machining simulation with CAM software using 3 - Axes and 5 - Axes machining techniques. Development of a master pattern through 5 Axes machining which will be used for casting development.
