Experience - Presently working with FRICK INDIA LTD. As Dy. Manager(q.a) since feb2010. to till on date.responsible for incoming & inhouse material problems as well service & warranty problems& responsible for Pressure vessels like Chillers, Accumulators,Conversent with ASME STDS. etc. & ISO as lead auditor.
- Worked with m/s Maharashtra Seamless Ltd. (a D.P JINDAL GROUP COMPANY) manufacturing Seamless and ERW Pipes as DY. MANAGER(QA) since oct09 to jan2010 .responsible for Process , TPI inspection of (DNV, ENGINEERS INDIA LTD.TUV,Beuro vitas etc) SQA & production shop . Technical discussion with supplier for new purchase. Synthesis of cost by Economical & Technical gaps& cost settlement with suppliers. Also preparation of comparative technical specifications (FOR 6” PIPE PROJECT) . Process control as per ASTM/API stds.Also working as a coordinator & auditor for ISO. Preparation of planning of third party inspection schedule as per dispatch schedule.
- Joined LML Ltd.(Scooter Unit) as SST in August, 1989 and worked there till lock up of Company i.e. till March, 2006 in different capacities/Departments which includes last 7 years as Sr. Engineer SQA & vendor development. In M/c shop production Deptt. E.g. Ball race, cluster gear, engine gear, starter gear etc. Resposible for day to day production according to meet the production target. By co-ordinating with other deptt. Like heat treatment& q.c..
- In Press Shop and Weld Shop Quality Control Deptt as shift in-charge (QC). Also awarded KAIZEN PRISES for cost saving &cost reduction by optimum utilization of m/c, material & manpower. Also conversant with ASME std. for pressure vessels ie.shell&tube and other type of welding (Saw, seam, projection, MIG& TIG welding) .
 
Outsource components were do checked at vendors end as well as in house. Raw material , T.S, Impact , hardness test etc. Similarly, in weld shop M/cs worked with Robotic spot welding, seam welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, Flash but welding, Arc welding etc. Awareness with welding defects analysis as per ASME std. SeclllV, 3Dimensional measuring m/c (CMM) operation.
- In SQA Deptt. As JIT AUDITOR and in vendor development, to convert Non-JIT items into JIT by ad equating system and process at vendor end, which is controlled by 50 point, check sheets. Also have worked in standard room.
Aware with DPT & NDT level-2(RT,MPI & UT)&, Pressure Vessel, sheet metal and die casting components e.g. cash test, magna-flux test, etc. Worked as an ISO internal auditor in LML Ltd.& Other Companies as certified by” SIGMA CONSULTANTS”, Kolkata.
- Worked with M/s RIM-JHIM ISPAT LTD.(Bright Bar Division) Distt. Hamirpur as Sr. Engineer (QA/QC), which is an ISO 9001-14000, certified company manufacturing steel billets & bright bars of different grades. Handled quality problems of billet & bright bars, also looked after fabrication, erection and commissioning of machines (since June 2006 to October 2006).
[b]- Worked as Asstt. Manager (QA) with M/s Oswal Electricals, Distt. Faridabad a T.S [/b]: 16949:2002 certified company manufacturing auto-mobile components of aluminum die casting and m/cing for mainly TVS since November, 2006 to april 2007.
- worked with M/s FRICK INDIA LTD., Distt. Faridabad as Asstt. Manager (QA/QC), an ISO 9001-2000 company, since May07to Nov08 which was incorporated as a public ltd. company in 1962 in collaboration with FRICK Company of USA, one of the world’s oldest and largest manufacturers of Industries Refrigeration and AC equipments H.D.I. Series, Eclipse Range of multi-cylinder compressor, wilter vinc 450 XL series, rotary screw compressors, ammonia pumps and ice flake equipments. *Inspection of process as well outside components. Vilter series compressor & also responsible for assembly problems solving by CAPA & other problem solving tools. Curbing rejection by analyzing the key factors. Also responsible for pressure vessels like condensers, chillers, accumulators, oilseperators etcas perASME SEC (viii)& SEC(IX).Also responsible for ISO as internal auditor .

 * Feedback to concern department by analysis of data & report compilation also given to or vendors and get MOM with them.
 * Assembly line problem analysis.
 * Warranty analysis and feedback to vendors for correction action.
 * Identify critical areas and closely monitoring those.

 * Modification of component design & development through DMRN (Drawing Modification Release Note) and design modification review analysis.
 * Approval of component for vehicle through FPPAP (first Production Part Approval Procedure).
 * Aware with 6 SIGMA, QC Tools, 5-S, Poka-Yoke etc.
 
 * Process capability study, APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning), FMEA etc.
 * Preparation of plant layout and arranging of necessary equipments.
