- In Press Shop and Weld Shop Quality Control Deptt as shift in-charge (QC). Also awarded KAIZEN PRISES for cost saving &cost reduction by optimum utilization of m/c, material & manpower. Also conversant with ASME std. for pressure vessels ie.shell&tube and other type of welding (Saw, seam, projection, MIG& TIG welding) .

Outsource components were do checked at vendors end as well as in house. Raw material , T.S, Impact , hardness test etc. Similarly, in weld shop M/cs worked with Robotic spot welding, seam welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, Flash but welding, Arc welding etc. Awareness with welding defects analysis as per ASME std. SeclllV, 3Dimensional measuring m/c (CMM) operation.
- In SQA Deptt. As JIT AUDITOR and in vendor development, to convert Non-JIT items into JIT by ad equating system and process at vendor end, which is controlled by 50 point, check sheets. Also have worked in standard room.
Aware with DPT & NDT level-2(RT,MPI & UT)&, Pressure Vessel, sheet metal and die casting components e.g. cash test, magna-flux test, etc. Worked as an ISO internal auditor in LML Ltd.& Other Companies as certified by” SIGMA CONSULTANTS”, Kolkata.
- Worked with M/s RIM-JHIM ISPAT LTD.(Bright Bar Division) Distt. Hamirpur as Sr. Engineer (QA/QC), which is an ISO 9001-14000, certified company manufacturing steel billets & bright bars of different grades.
