- Ensuring that NCL arising out of delinquent portfolio of credit cards are controlled under targeted levels. Maximise resolutions to achieve targeted delinquency and flowrates.
- Daily monitoring with collection agencies to resolve any customers/field staffs queries.
- To ensure sufficient hands available for field job according to the portfolio
 or Allocation of cases to the recovery agencies.
- Skip tracing and arranging for the collection from the traced skip customer from outstation by coordinating with the local team.
- Personal visits on the cases which involved service issues or customer complains those could bring negative publicity or which are complicated and needs to be solved by care.
- Monthly evaluation/analysis of performance of collection agencies.
- Identifying and referring the cases for Legal action with collection feedback for proper filing. Follow up with the legal team.

[b]- Motivation of agency FOS to meet set targets [/b]: One to One discussion/case to case guidance, avoiding confusion. Training sessions.
- Ensuring accuracy in processes related to agency.
- Conducting joint visits with Agency FOS.
Process Management –
- Agency Audit on monthly basis.
- Receipt Recon, sighting of unused receipts, completion of lost receipt formalities.
- Ensure strict rechecking of receipts issued to agencies to avoid delay depositions and frauds.
- Settlement process involving settlement of cases to be in line with approvals received.
- Manage the billing process in a timely and correct manner.
- ACHIEVEMENTS - Achieved highest ever Resolution of 35% with Rollback of 10% in March 2011 in 120 Days GCL Bkt. and is a part of winning Team Who has achieved delinquency best ever nos.
