Having a tie up with Punjab National Bank across Maharashtra for opening the online broking account with us for their customers. Looking after nearly 45 branches of PNB including Mumbai, Bihar, Patna, Gujarat, Ludhiyana, Goa, etc.
My main focus is to acquire new customers including retail as well as HNI and generate the Revenue from them on day to day basis.
To get it done I have a team of around 20 people including Area Sales Manger, product Manager, Team Manager, Relationship Managers, and dealers.
 AREA SALES MANAGER (OCTOBER, 2008 TILL JUNE, 2010)
FOR BONANZA ONLINE SECURITIES. 
Acquiring new customers for Online as well as Offline accounts and generating brokerage on day to day basis. Handling Thane, Kalyan and Vashi branch.
In each branch there is a team of minimum 8 to 10 people including Sales Manager, Relationship Managers, Executives and Dealers etc.
Each Branch carries a Target of minimum 125 to 150 Accounts per month including 35% should be HNI customers.
Brokerage/ Revenue should be generated minimum one salary after completing his/hers third month, and goes on increasing on month to month basis. Minimum three times of his /hers salary has to be achieved from the sixth month compulsorily.
 CITY SALES MANAGER (APRIL, 2005 TILL SEPT, 2008)
FOR SHAREKHAN LTD. 
 Acquisition of new customers including HNI and Retail, by opening their accounts and allowing them to trade and generate more and more brokerage as soon as their account is activated.
To get this done I have 5 Territory Mangers reporting to me and under each of them there are 3 Asst .Managers and 6 executives.
My monthly target is 750 accounts including 35% of HNI and 65% of the customers are retails. We also carry the targets of selling 10 PMS per month as a team
- Arranging road shows - Lead generation programmes
- Activities- umbrella, society/industrial estates, putting a stalls at malls, etc. - Updating the weekly as well as Monthly reports
- Arranging presentations for new customers - Team Building & Management
- First step Seminars every week for the starters. - Achieving the set goals on month to month basis.
 
 TERRITORY MANAGER (OCTOBER, 2000 TILL APRIL, 2005)

Handling a team of 6 executives and monitoring them to open the saving, Current, accounts.
We use to also have the target of cross selling products such as 3 IN ONE Accounts(Savings, DMat & E Broking Accounts), Insurance, all sort of loans, etc. and generate the leads and distribute them to their respective departments.
Leads were generated on daily basis by doing cold calls, Reference calls, Activities, etc.
I was operating from Dombivli and Kalyan Branch.

We use to do lot of cold calls and my area of operation was in central side, from kurla to thane and was operating from Dadar Khodadad Circle Branch, Dadar T.T.
