APP is a SharePoint application which includes many services in it. The services will have the requestor and different departments in different service. Requestor will create a request with predefined fields, using InfoPath. The task will be created for approver, where approver will approve / reject the particular request.
The request has to pass many levels of approver to complete its state. Even the approver can send back the request to the requestor or any other previous levels. Creating and managing of the tasks handled by Nintex workflow. State machine workflow is designed to handle send back of the request.

 Client side is a thick application for iPhone and Black Berry devices. This application will authenticate with SharePoint server and displays the articles from SharePoint in the form of four categories. Articles can be saved into local device also and these will be stored locally in the encrypted format. It includes many features like new articles count, deletion of old articles, decryption of stored files, playing articles if they are in the form of audio and video etc.
Server side:
 Server side includes the WCF to fetch SharePoint articles, which will be requested from client side applications by https. WCF includes the methods for device management for one time logon authentication, articles data, list of new articles uploaded, download of articles, push notifications for iPhone by apple server and Black Berry by BES.
Server side also includes web module for Device Management, through which admin can add, update or delete the details of users and their devices.

This Project is based on Pocket PC 2003SE.
Client method: This Application used for the survey purpose. Basically the PDA will only be having the Skeleton of the Database thru the mobile the user will be given the server Name and the user Name and password. At first the Profile is downloaded from the server by verifying the user name and password on the specified server using GPRS. On Valid Username and Password the profile is downloaded into the PDA. And the software allows giving grades and marks for the work done and auditing for each store, Make the necessary calculation and Upload that Approved Audit to the Server.
Server Method: In Server module the Admin Can gives Login Names, to login by supervisors in Pocket PC, by server system and can look at the audits and grades and can also add or remove the audits.

When patient visits the doctor again, will carry this smart card and doctor will insert the card into Pocket PC and runs our software, where he can see all stored details and can update details required and can add medications and prescriptions.
