Job Description
Evaluate and prepare site readiness documentation prior to installation by reviewing requirements and address any shortfalls to minimize implementation problems
Work with developers to help prepare and document release notes, installation guides
Prepare training guides if and when required for both technical and non-technical staff
Review functional specifications and technical notes to support new implementations/bug fixes/patch releases to minimize/resolve problems
Ensure customer and support partners have information they need
Provide on site technical support for the installation and integration of Utibaâs applications
Complete and document start-to-end processes for Utiba installations from start to UAT stage
Provide technical support, either remotely or on site, to meet contractual support agreements for Utibaâs applications once installed and provide handover to client
Identify action required to resolve any customer issues during implementation
Liaise with developers and/or support partners to resolve issues during implementation and SAT/UAT stages
Keep the customer and Utiba project management informed at all times
Document issues and resolutions on Utibaâs tracking system and revise existing documentation
Provide information and guidance to support engineers for any subsequent issues

Desired Candidate Profile
Certified in installation & administration of software applications
Experienced with installation & administration of at least one of the following databases: Oracle, Sybase or PostgreSQL
2+ years Unix operating system usage, support & administration experience (Linux or Solaris)
1+ year experience in a Helpdesk or equivalent environment, with experience in resolving SW issues, preferably at Level 2 (SW support) using Issue Tracking SW
Analytical approach to troubleshooting technical customer issues
Working knowledge of Java and Perl an advantage
Level of English sufficient to liaise with Utiba engineers, and effectively communicate ideas (written & verbal).
Working knowledge of Apache web server
Shell scripting for management of common tasks
Candidates from Telcoâs, Outsourcers, Consulting houses or Systems Integrators will be looked upon favourably

WCF includes the methods for device management for one time logon authentication, articles data, list of new articles uploaded, download of articles, push notifications for iPhone by apple server and Black Berry by BES.

And the software allows giving grades and marks for the work done and auditing for each store, Make the necessary calculation and Upload that Approved Audit to the Server.
Server Method: In Server module the Admin Can gives Login Names, to login by supervisors in Pocket PC, by server system and can look at the audits and grades and can also add or remove the audits.
