OCT06-MAY08 Dnata [Dubai] Baggage Operations Controller Working as a Baggage Operations Controller I was successfully involved in a project which helped Emirates Airlines considerably reduce their mishandled bags. This was achieved by introducing new working methods and re-writing their processes and procedures. I was also actively involved in training Airside team leaders in use of hand held terminals (HHTs) on high security flights like British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and Delta Airlines which require double screening of bags.
