This is implemented by connecting a microcontroller in the transformers to detect the power variations and the GSM modems attached to this will serve as an informer of such failures to the respective regional office having the server. The servers arrange these messages according to the priorities and inform the corresponding area mechanic using SMS to his handheld device. In addition to the above customers can directly send complaints as SMS to the regional office and the rectification procedure is carried out in the same way.
