Description Biocompatibility of the scaffold was evaluated by culturing different cell types in-vitro and in-vivo. Three-dimensional growth of fat tissue with extensive neo vasculature was observed.
Title Skin Regeneration (Wound Healing) in Mouse Model *

Description Epidermal Keratinocyte and Dermal fibroblast cells were isolated, cultured on Scaffold and implanted either Keratinocyte only or Dermal cells only or Mixtures of the two or Layer of Keratinocyte culture over Dermal Cells and observed complete healing of wound in 2 weeks. 
o Healing proved by Immunohistochemical Staining.
o Involved in developing cell therapies for the management of wounds such as burns, non-healing ulcers.
o Involved in development of Biopolymers/Scaffold for protein or cell delivery to manage wound healing.
