** Design reports and Dashboards for Business teams.

Essential Functions :
** Determine and deliver analytics, incorporating what analysis and reporting is required by Business teams
** Design reports and Dashboards as per requirements of Business teams.
** Soft ware Development life cycle planning for reporting and analytics tools development
** Prepare critical data and presentations for business reviews
** Ensure data collection/extraction, analysis, and submission meet defined requirements.
** Work with team members & vendors to automate reporting processes.
** Publish regular reports & deliverables
** Collaborate with other groups ands identify opportunity areas for reporting & analysis.
** Prepare and present variety of factual and statistical reports that address analytic’s needs of Business teams
Job Requirements :
** Must have 8-10 Years experience in IT/Analytics
** Must have atleast 2 years experience in gathering Business requirements for reporting & analytics.
** Must have experience in software tools development
** Experience in developing dashboards & reports.
** Experience in SQL, PERL, Excel and data bases.
** Experience in report automation.
** Strong proficiency in using Power Point
** Strong communication skills
** Analytical, organized and proactive.
** Individual is required to work during (2PM to 11PM) providing overlap with US
Education and Experience :
** Bachelor’s degree with a major in Engineering with IT/ Computer sciences / Electronics.
** Master’s degree strongly preferred not mandatory. (MBA)

Description Epidermal Keratinocyte and Dermal fibroblast cells were isolated, cultured on Scaffold and implanted either Keratinocyte only or Dermal cells only or Mixtures of the two or Layer of Keratinocyte culture over Dermal Cells and observed complete healing of wound in 2 weeks.
o Healing proved by Immunohistochemical Staining.
o Involved in developing cell therapies for the management of wounds such as burns, non-healing ulcers.
