CURRENT JOB PROFILE:
- RF Troubleshooting Identification of poor signal areas on the basis of Drive Test report and customer feedback and proposing necessary down tilts and antenna azimuth changes.
- Analysis of cells with high levels of interference from OMCR reports and implementing frequency optimization.
- New Sites Submitting parameters required when a new site is going to come up. Analysis of performance when the site comes on air.
- RF Survey and New site acquisition and suggestion of Candidate sites includes selection of sites within the Search Ring, Suggesting the Beam width, Orientation, Tilts and Height of Antennas for better Coverage.
- Fine tuning the RF Environment in network with analyzing drive test results, controlling overshoots and ideal mode behavior of MS.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- RF Survey .
- Drive test analyzing.
- BCCH, BSIC & Handover planning.
- Physical optimization like swapping, tilts, Azimuth.
- Suggesting Changes on the basis of Drive test report.
- For better quality by analyzing interference through drive test.
- Daily Network performance analysis using Key Performance Indices (KPI).
- Studying Network Quality Report and analyzing them and making Changes in the Networks.
