    Position Vacant SOLUTION ARCHITECT

    Qualification
    Academic Completion of University education or equivalent / Good Communication Skills (English)
    Technical / ProfessionalKnowledge of Telecommunications industry & BSCS Software solution set (preferably BSCS iX).

    Required Skill Set
    • Customer liaison and business/technical requirements capture
    • Providing Technical expertise & consultation in design and maintenance of complex software subsystems
    • Developing integrations plans, create Statements of Work and deliver an integrated solution meeting the needs of the customer
    • Estimating complex software development effort
    • Producing Software Functional Specifications and Main High Level Designs
    • Supporting software developers/analysts
    • Evaluating software performance and its operational effectiveness

    Relevant Industry Telecommunication industry

    Job Description / Responsibilities Responsible for evaluating, understanding and estimating the end user requirements for implementation of complex design changes to the BSCS Software solution set (preferably BSCS iX).

    - Fine tuning the RF Environment in network with analyzing drive test results, controlling overshoots and ideal mode behavior of MS.
    RESPONSIBLE FOR:
    - RF Survey .
    - Drive test analyzing.
    - BCCH, BSIC & Handover planning.
    - Physical optimization like swapping, tilts, Azimuth.
    - Suggesting Changes on the basis of Drive test report.
    - For better quality by analyzing interference through drive test.
    - Daily Network performance analysis using Key Performance Indices (KPI).
    - Studying Network Quality Report and analyzing them and making Changes in the Networks.

    ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE:
    Currently working with Nutek India Ltd as a RF Engineer (Optimization & Drive Test) on Ericsson project - since of August 2008.
