I worked with Orange –wherein my profile was to resolve the queries of  the clients regarding their mobile connections. I have exposure to  dealing with the UK based clients . During my job, I also underwent a  special 4-Week Voice and Accent training course since the intent was to  familiarize us with the UK culture , geography and people.
