DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Fabrication & Erection of all types of pipeline ,shell,ducting, in process industries including different diameters of water,gas, Material verification & fit up inspection as per engineering requirements.
- Guiding, controlling, monitoring, supporting, a team of various disciplines. 
- Responsible to counter check drawing designed plans before fabrication.
- Conduct plumbness, level checking alignment inspection.
- QA/QC program, project drawing and specification. When defective materials, equimpment or workmanship are found, immediate action to be taken to correct them & to report the the corrective action to the site superimentend.
- Supervision &coordinate with work force in executing job complesetion on time as per work plant and with safety precautions /procedures.
- Conducting through stage wise inspection as per procedures/codes as well as alignment and assembly of equipment at site during installation.
- Planning work execution as per work vender specification /requirement &work target.
- Erection and joining of beams for shift lift platform.
- Coordinating with quality control departments and representing matters with the client. 
 Ducting, piping & shell 
- Preparation of ITP & WPS.
- Conformation of materials& and welding consumables with drawing and codes.
- Qualification of welders.
- Stage wise inspection of welding .(fit up,root pass visual and NDT ,final weld visual& NDT)
- Inspection of heat treatment cycle using WPS ,procedures and codes 
- Conducting a detailed study of inspection report & scope of work of each equipment.
- Verification of gasket, flanges, plates (using positive materials identification method) etc.
