- Witnessing / verifying the welders qualification test and approval by preparing th final JCC for the welders as per approved WPS.
- Planing the complete documentation of the project before the project start.
- Receving inspection of the materials with verification of the MTC, Purchase order and dimensions and other required cerificates.
- Coating inspection of the pipes and spools and release to the site.
- Fit-up inspection and final weld acceptance inspection.
- Weekly and monthly welders and welding repair rate report maintance of the project.
- Reporting to the QA/QC supervisor about the job and other inspection related activites.
- Review of the WPS for the projects.
- Visual inspection of piping welds and accepting as per project requirements.
- Review of documents such as welding inspection reports,Hydro test package prior to endorsement to the client and project management team (PMT) to raise request for inspection(RFI) for final acceptance.

- Worked in various kinds of ultrasonic thickness gauging and weld scanning machines like usm-35, usm25, usm-22, dms-2tc, and dm-4.
- UT skills scanned on various kinds of butt joints & t-joints.
- Worked as a radiographer using techops camera using Ir- 192 source on different kinds of weld joints and profile radiography, on all techniques.
 Worked on x-ray machines. 
- Worked as a MPI technician using various kinds of yoke and prod. Both visible and fluorescent techniques.
- Worked on dye penetrant testing on both visible and fluorescent techniques using solvent removable dye.
