- Conducting Inductions for All store staffs including Store manager.
- Responsible for conducting various trainings at SRS VALUE BAZAAR (FMCG) & SRS FASHION WEAR (Apparels)
- To prepare & organize all details for the training days (training room, training documents, hotel, transportation, meal etc.)
- Analyzing training needs, monitor training results, evaluate the competency and make recommendations
- To prepare & update training document and products notes
- Continuous follow up with sales staff on new product launches and selling techniques
- Identify the training gaps by constantly assessing the complexity of the business environment, pace of changing organization, changing skill sets etc. and create a “Learning Organization” culture.
