In August 2010, I joined OPAQUE SOLUTIONS Private Limited, Kolkata, and an Out- Bound International Call Centre. This is a HCL Limited’s partner in Kolkata.Here Iused to dial for Australia AND ALSO For UK in Tech support campaign. In January 2011, I joined my present employer PSILAQ GLOBAL INFOSOLUTIONS again an International Out Bound Call centre. Here I am designated as Senior Caller. The country I dial for is Australia.
