Started my career as a Customer Service Associate at First Source Solutions Limited, Kolkata from May 2007.I worked for one & half years till August,2008.
The process I was involved in was for Customer Service for a Telecom Major (Vodafone).This was an In Bound operation process.
From September 2008, I started working with Caretel Limited in their fledgling Kolkata operations. This was also an in bound operation for Reliance Mobile.
In June 2009, I joined Magus Dialers Private Limited, Kolkata as Customer Dialog Executive. Here also I was involved in the In Bound operations of the company for AIRTEL.
In August 2010, I joined OPAQUE SOLUTIONS Private Limited, Kolkata, and an Out- Bound International Call Centre. This is a HCL Limited’s partner in Kolkata.Here Iused to dial for Australia AND ALSO For UK in Tech support campaign.
In January 2011, I joined my present employer PSILAQ GLOBAL INFOSOLUTIONS again an International Out Bound Call centre. Here I am designated as Senior Caller.
The country I dial for is Australia. Recently I have started dialing for UK debt management and mortgage campaign.
