- Risk Analysis was done by preparation of questionnaire followed by  rating the risk on the bases of severity and frequency. The high risk  problems were considered first.
- Risk was controlled by taking frequent action. For e.g. sending the questionnaire to the suppliers.
- Policy was prepared to communicate effectively to the customers that  Cargill chocolate products is taking effective actions to solve the  problem.
- A training program for the personnel is one of the targets to achieve.
The project is under progress and the objective will be achieved by the end of the internship.
