 This study analyzes the inventory level of Dymos Lear Automotive India Pvt. Ltd which is into manufacturing seats for Hyundai. This study analyses the inventory level of products steel and foam for the year 2009 and 2010. 
From this study it is found that the level of inventory maintained at Dymos Lear Automotive India Pvt. Ltd for steel is very high compared to level of inventory maintained for the foam. It shows that the Dymos Lear Automotive India Pvt. Ltd is not maintaining the controlled inventory levels. Due to that the average inventory cost is increased. It has to minimize those inventories, need to maintain the inventories of the Domestic products in future and has to take necessary actions to minimize the inventory level in future
