General Administration
- Supervising the time keeper and ensuring that the timecards are prepared accordingly, updating the administration department on timecard related functions, arranging business cards and stationary personnel requisitions and preparing employees ID cards.
- Handling travel arrangements & hotel reservation rail ticket booking; provisioning administrative support involving efficient management of office equipment, communication instruments, courier and dispatch management, housekeeping, office administration & transportation.
- Updating attendance, leaves (full day and half day) and keeping a track or record of leave and attendance; maintaining complete administration of the office interiors, telephone & communication systems, photocopier, fax & E-Mail.
Front Office Operations
- Handling of top & confidential correspondence, document flow, screening telephone calls, attending visitors and directing various queries to relevant departments.
- Fixing appointments, meetings & keeping meetings calendar up-to-date, preparing a synopsis of reports and presentations received from officers as well as preparing minutes of meetings.

Customer Support
