Developed diagnostics methods for the dengue and Japanese encephalitis viruses, in addition to dengue virus antibody detection kit DENSTICK are the major achievement. In Vivo & In vitro propagation of viruses and isolation of viruses, Handled various cell lines e.g. C6/36, LLC MK2, BHK-21, Vero, HeLa, HL-60, J774 & THP-1. Serological tests like ELISA, ICT for identification of viruses in clinical samples were attempted.
