    I had more than eight years of research experience including academic and as a scientific professional. In my current employment I am responsible for coordinating the research activities of R&D related to rapid test development and production of monoclonal antibodies (In-Vivo & In-Vitro) for the organization.
    In my past employment I was engaged in production (In-Vivo & In-Vitro)and new developments of monoclonal antibodies for suitable applications. I had worked in Vaccine development dept. in Nicholas Piramal research center for the development of promising HSV vaccine.
    I had developed monoclonal antibodies against dengue recombinant protein and native JE protein during my PhD tenure. A manuscript was submitted for preparing Anti-B blood grouping antibody in national journal.
    I have more than five years of research experience, in Hybridoma technology, Antibody Purification techniques, Rapid test development and all immunological assays requires for diagnostics group.

    Executive summary
    Eight years of research experience including corporate and academic research. Development of group and type specific monoclonal antibodies against dengue recombinant protein as a part of PhD thesis. Developed diagnostics methods for the dengue and Japanese encephalitis viruses, in addition to dengue virus antibody detection kit DENSTICK are the major achievement. In Vivo & In vitro propagation of viruses and isolation of viruses, Handled various cell lines e.g. C6/36, LLC MK2, BHK-21, Vero, HeLa, HL-60, J774 & THP-1. Serological tests like ELISA, ICT for identification of viruses in clinical samples were attempted. In-Vivo & In-Vitro production (Hollow fiber based bioreactor) of monoclonal antibodies for blood grouping reagents, cancer markers and immuno-histology related antibodies. Development of new clones against salmonella & HBSAg and other recombinant proteins. Successfully developed Anti-B clone as a blood grouping reagent. Six research papers are published in international journals of repute, One under peer review.
