Estimated cost of the project is Rs. 20,000 Crores and completion time is about 8 years. The plot under development is a mill land acquired by us under a public tender floated by NTC in the year 2005, Regulation 58 (7) (a), 33(24) of Development Control Regulation of Greater Mumbai, 1991 are vital to be complied with. Public parking consists of thirteen floors accommodating 4328 car parks and 237 bus parks under Regulation 33(24) of the Development Control Regulation, 1991 are proposed to be constructed and the developer is permitted to avail of the additional FSI under Regulation 33(24) of DCR of Greater Mumbai 1991 to be used in relation to the construction of the aforesaid buildings.
