ABOUT RGAA : Rajiv Gandhi Aviation Academy had been incorporated to provide quality training to young aspirant pilots, who wish to become professionals in Aviation techniques.
Our beloved late Prime minister Captain Rajiv Gandhi had a vision to create dynamic young talents in Aviation field to build our National strength, being a professional pilot himself in Indian Airlines for one and half decades.
Wings Aviation Private Limited incorporated in 1995 and established its another division as Rajiv Gandhi Aviation Academy to fulfill his dreams.
DETAILS OF COURSES :
Our course is approved by Director General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation. The AME Course is for three years (Six Semesters). First Five Semesters will be classroom study coupled with practical Training in our Workshops and Avionics Laboratories. In 6th Semester the students will be assisted to have, on Job Training (OJT) on our own aircraft or at DGCA approved Maintenance Organization like Air India, Indian Airlines, Go Air, King Fisher Airlines, Air Works India, NAL Etc.,
On completion of OJT, We assist the student to get placement with any Maintenance Organizations or Airlines.

We are one of the leading institution for pilot training in Indian Aviation.
We provide high quality training to all aspirants who wish to take their career to the sky.
For aspiring students we provide the necessary ground subjects and flying training to enable them to earn the coveted “WINGS”.
For pilots already in the profession, we provide all the necessary flying training to help them upgrade their existing professional skills.

- Worked as a Campus Director in Avalon Aviation Academy, Hyderabad from 1st Jan 09 to till date.
Job Responsibilities
- Main Responsibilities :
o Responsible for the overall administration and smooth functioning of the centre sales.
o Has to be a good administrator, communicator, problem solver and team motivator.
o Coordinating with vendors, property owners and other people concerned cost efficiently for the requirements of the centre at different times.
o Conducting Staff Induction.
o Preparing the MIS and CH Reports and send it to the Head/Corporate office every month at the specified time.
o Checking the punctuality of the staff and to implement the same and adopt the ‘Lead by Example’ policy.
o To check on the students and the smooth running of the classes.
o Coordinating with the parents of the students in case there are any issues.

- Weekly Responsibilities :
Staff
o Have a short meeting with the staff members to get an update from the different departments, ideally on a Saturday morning.
o Discussion about any new strategies or any new rules/formats to be implemented as per instructions from the Head/Corporate Office. Ensuring that the staff have understood it correctly and has implemented the same. In case of any doubts it needs to be clarified at the earliest and then conveyed to the staff accordingly.
o Checks on the performance of the front office, counselors by analyzing the presentation report for the week.
o Identify the weak staff or the lapses that were there and motivate them, give solutions for rectification and a re-induction if required.
o Have a meeting with all the marketing staff and the students who are participating in marketing activities.
o Change the timings of the staff members on a weekly basis to ensure that someone is always there in the centre at any time when the classes are going on.
Infrastructure
o Check on the infrastructure of the classroom and rectify if required (A/c condition, cleanliness of the grooming rooms, washrooms, extra cleaning of the classroom tables, chairs, cupboards etc.)
o Check on the stock and update the register.
o Check on the working conditions of the music system, LCD player etc.
Marketing
o Check on the management of the database received from the marketing activities.
Accounts & Administration
o Check the invoices made for the petty cash expenses and go through the expenses incurred during the week to avoid any unnecessary expenses.
Student Interaction
o Meet the students of the different batches at least once a week. Also make sure that the CH does his/her rounds in the classrooms if the classes are conducted in premises away from the centre.
- Monthly Responsibilities :
Business
o To check the administrative expenses.
o To take steps to ensure target for the month is achieved.
o Minutely analyze Centre Conversion report after each presentation.
Staff
o To personally introduce all new joinees to all the existing staff. Have a cup of tea session at the end of the day to welcome the new joinees.
o To have the induction done as per the Staff Induction and Training CD for all the new joinees.
o To ensure at all times that the staff is aware of the quality of our training, has information about out tie-ups and has clarity on the value of the training that we deliver to our students. For e.g Edexel, BBC Active and other components of our course like Galileo, Fidelio etc.
o To have monthly meeting with all the staff members and the minutes of the meeting must be made (Should be sent to the Corporate Head-Operations)
o To have a monthly meeting with all the faculties and the minutes of the meeting must be recorded.
Students & Training
o To check the uniform status of the students.
o To check on the batch launch status and fix up the dates for the same. It can also be discussed as to which the batch is timing which can be sold out to the prospective students.
o To check with the TC the status of the assignments which are due from the students and also to check if they are assessed by the faculty.
o To check on the absenteeism of the students.
o To check the forms sent to HO for student certificates after completion of course.
Documents & Reports
o To send all the reports that are required to be sent within the deadline given. To check all the documentation in the batch file of the students and if the audit status list is updated.
o The accounts daily report should be sent everyday at 5PM without fail.
o To minutely keep a check on all process compliance in the centre with regard to student admissions & training
- Worked as an Corporate Trainer in Lambton College (Canada) in Abu Dhabi campus (UAE), from April 1998 to Jan l 2004.
- Worked as Retail Manger in Telstra Corporation in Sydney from March 2004 to 2007.

Pilot training fee and other details.
I want to become a pilot. But we have no money in big amount. Please send what to do. I had 80% in inter.
