Job Description:
The Job entails handling the entire spectrum of activities relating to day to day Operations, Administration, Finance, Donor relations, design and implement developmental, Relief and Emergency programs. As the Chief Executive of the organisation, the person will report to the Board, set annual goals and objectives and oversee the pragmatic implementation of the policies and strategies agreed at the Board level. The position will also require national and international travel and extensive interaction with Donors, Governmental Agencies and the respective stakeholders who are beneficiaries of the organisation’s projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The incumbent must be an individual who has a proven track record demonstrating passion and compassion for the development of the poor and marginalised.The person must have at least a Masters in the Management Sciences or Social Development or Education or in a discipline that will facilitate leadership in socio-economic developmental work. A Doctoral degree will be an advantage. The individual must have the ability to lead a organization by modeling a life of rectitude and exemplary moral character will be a pre-requisite. Excellent leadership skills should have been demonstrated in previous assignments.
Experience: Min:-10 years of senior level management experience and exposure in a progressive NGO or a national level relief and rehab agency.
