Job Description:
Assisting Chief Representative (60%):
- All administrative & Secretarial work;
- Correspondence, drafting;
- Other office related work as assigned by the Chief Representative;
Administrative & Accounting (20%):
- Travel booking and vendor management;
- Cash handling, Billing, maintaining log in excel and systematic filing;
Provide logistical/marketing support to the Korean companies (20%):
- Arranging meetings and coordinating logistical arrangements for Korean visitors;
- Search through internet Indian products and entrepreneurs for Korean SMEs;
- English teaching to the Korean Representatives (if required);
Desired Candidate Profile:
B.Com/BA or Master Degree
At least two years experience as Secretary
Articulate, well spoken with demonstrated public relations, communication and interpersonal skills;
Familiar with MS Office;

Dear Sir/Madam
I am Monalisa, an MBA in rural management from KIIT School of Rural Management, Bhubaneswar and an Agri-graduate from Rahuri-university, Maharastra. I have worked in Development Alternatives (an NGO working in the area of providing sustainable livelihood to the rural people) at the post of Deputy Manager, energy project (Rural Entrepreneurship Zone) for nine months(13th April '2009' to 19th January 2010). I was posted at Datia (M.P).
My responsibilities included the Management (Production and marketing ) of a portfolio of connected business of building material products(Micro-concrete Roofing,Colored Pavers and Pre-caste concrete door window frames) . In addition, I worked as cluster co-ordinator and managed a cluster of 15 SHGs.I have also managed the electricity consumption and generation through 32 KW of biomass gasifier.
