Job Description:
Looking for Challenger 604 (CL 604) Captain for one of our clients, who should be type rated and current on the type of aircraft, with atleast 200 hours PIC on type.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Having Experience in Flying Challenger 604 (CL 604)
Candidate should be ATPL holder.
Indian Candidates will be preferred.

EXPERIENCE

- Currently working with COSTA CRUISES, ITALY since 16th December 2007. I was appointed as a third saucier and at the end of my contract I was promoted as a second saucier. Apart from assisting the chief saucier, my main duties involved preparation and presentation of sauce based main course dishes such as Ozzubucco, brasato, crumb fried meats etc, preparation of pasta sauces such as Arrabaita, Bolognaise, salmon, anchovy etc, delegation within the sauce department and inventory control.

- Worked as chief cook with Anglo Eastern Shipping Company in a vessel called M V Crystal Marine (LPG Container) catering the needs of 30 crew members between August 15th, 2006 to 19th April 2007.

- Worked as a trainee cook with Anglo Eastern Shipping company, Hong Kong in a container vessel, (M V Sagar). Although the job title was of a trainee cook, I was promoted as a cook and catered for 25 crew members from various countries. The cuisine was mainly Indian with occasional continental choices. I worked from June 23rd 2005 to 23rd March 2006 in this setting.

- Worked as a Practical Demonstrator in continental culinary production & as a lecturer in continental food & beverage production in Dr. Jessy George Memorial Institute of Management. This institution runs approved graduation and post-graduation courses for Punjab Technical University. I worked in this capacity from 2nd of July 2003 to May 25 2005.

- Successfully completed Industrial training between 2nd of December 2001 and 1st of March 2002 from hotel Hans Regency in Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand, INDIA, a 4 star government approved hotel with 72 rooms, three banquets, one coffee shop, one bar and one restaurant.

- Successfully completed Industrial training from Ramanashree California Resorts Hotel, Bangalore, between 11th of May and 10th of July, 2000. It is a 3 star Government approved hotel with 58 rooms, 3 banquets, one bar, one restaurant, one pool and a health club.
