Job Description:
Design and development of training course content.
Person would be responsible for soft skill & personality development training.
Person would be responsible to design presentation and contents & conduct training programme for all levels of staff & business associates.
Creating Induction programmes for new joinees and organizing it.
Team Building, Leadership & Sales and Product Training.
Responsible for capability building, mentoring, training and grooming branch resources in the organization.
Perform the Training Needs Analysis for financial services sector training requirements.
Design financial products training modules and launch across all locations of company and manage the training schedules as per plan.
Create study material on financial content.
Build up the delivery channel for training including the third party trainers.
Liaise with SMEs and enhance the knowledge level of self and employees
