    Job Description:
    - Drive and independently manage logistics for onsite and regional trainings
    - Work together with clients, instructors and participants as a key point of coordination to facilitate smooth training programmes
    - Partner with Client in a strategic capacity to plan and execute Genesys training needs.
    - Maintain accurate training records (PO and enrolment form)
    - Liaise with external trainers/ instructors and external agencies (e.g. printer company) to organize training programs.
    - Organize Training Coordinator Meetings and telephone conferences
    - Generating various reports required by the Client and Global stakeholders for monitoring anjd improving on Genesys Training operations
    - Book individuals on courses.
    - Consult on training (suggest courses, inform about prerequisites) on phone and via mail
    - Key participation in selling training courses.
    - Direct Marketing, e.g. stay in contact with assigned customer key account persons
    - Assist Training Manager in providing effective Training
    - Scheduling and coordinating for Global training programs.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES: Minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial education environment.
