Provide technical and non-technical support for Kenexa’s web-based applications to our clients worldwide.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide voice and web support to clients.
2. Provide timely response to any issues/questions posted by clients.
3. Provide resolution to problems quickly.

Desired Candidate Profile:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Any graduate/post graduate degree (M Tech excluded).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
