    Job Description:
    The ideal candidate would be interacting with UK/European and US customers. Taking Inbound Overseas calls pertaining booking of Concerts, Sports and Other Event Tickets and troubleshooting of Customers for same. The candidate should be working in UK shifts 12:00 – 21:00 shifts. The openings are for International Event Management Inbound Call Centre.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    The Candidate should have Fluent English with British accent and fair working knowledge of Computers. Candidate having any International BPO experience and graduates will be preferred. Freshers who have Fluent English skills with British accent can also apply.
