Job Description:
Role

- Screen applicants individually through extempore round to gauge their grammar, vocabulary, accent, confidence, clarity of speech, thinking on feet, content and fluency.
- Making offer letters and explaining the same to them.
- Inform training manager and manager TA & PA of the total number of new joiners.
- Coordinate with external agencies for interview scheduling for the entry-level positions, updating agencies on commercial terms and conditions; give them feedback on candidates.
- Coordinate with ad agencies for any changes in the ads.
- Maintain report on - weekly number of walk-ins, number of offer letters made, no of employees joined in that week, month.
- Adherence to information security policy.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should be willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Should have Bulk hiring experience.
- Must be from the BPO / KPO / ITES sector.
- Should be willing to work from multiple locations.
- Prefer candidates who can join immediately.
