Job Description:
60% Credit & Risk Management Function.
- Ensuring day to day credit control.
- Keeping tab on the credit limits and AR control of the clients.
- Working closely with the Finance Manager on the fund position & requirement of the company.

20% MIS and Statutory Reporting
- Timely reporting of various performance measurement reports .
- To prepare data & comply for the statutory reporting.

20% Man Management & Customer Focus
- To motivate & lead the Team
- To understand & support both internal & external customers.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The position will head the Risk Management department and will be responsible for all credit limits to be enhanced and approved for the clients of equity business .The candidate is expected to have a sound understanding of stock exchange working & online trading softwares .

The candidate will be expected to handle a team of accountants under him and need to manage, motivate & lead them.

This position will need to have a strong knowledge of NSE, BSE, CTCL, ODIN softwares for assessing and evaluating risk management for the business. He plays a prominent role in the preparation of various performance measurement reports for the operation & commercial teams.

The position will assist the Finance Head in credit control ,AR recovery and in streamlining the fund position.This involves collation and consolidation of data from various locations, developing good working relationships with concerned people. He will be providing assistance in resolving, company accounting and reporting issues. He would be helping in audit issues also.
