Job Description:
Supervises and coordinates activities of the plant workers engaged in blending various ore quality and stock them for further processing. Confers with plant management and other supervisors to plan daily production and coordinate blending activities with other departments. Inventories storage to determine priority of blends and availability of grades for blending. Ensures that grade control procedures are performed to a high standard so that ore loss and dilution of the ore with waste rock is kept to a minimum. Assesses activities of workers engaged in crushing, grinding, and concentrating ore preparatory to further processing or shipment
Performs the geological logging of the blast holes/and or ripping of surface soil to ensure acceptable sampling standards so that all the necessary data is maintained. In connection with drilling programs, he ensures quality control of the sampling, high standard drilling, enters data of the collar locations, geology, downhole surveying and assay results. Produces drill sections and outlines mineralization for digitizing, produces ore resources using both polygonal and 3D ore-body modeling techniques and manages the geological databases.

Two (2) years' experience in the mining operation
- Very good knowledge of Arabic and English language.
