Job Description:
1. Responsible for the entire Finance, Accounts and Costing functions including areas like budgeting, taxation and MIS etc. of one of its group companies for its Corporate Office at Cochin.
2. Liaison with banks/financial institutions/auditors and other statutory/government bodies.
3. Monitor and control various management information reports.
4. Monitor funds position and requirements on day-to-day basis.
5. Ensure prompt servicing of loans and other liabilities
6. Ensure compliance of various statutes like Income Tax Act, Companies Act in relation to financial reporting.
7. Conceptualise ideas to improve financial efficiency of the company.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years experience in Manufacturing Sector
2. Hands on experience in preparing Financial Statements including CMAs to Banks, Projections to Financial Institutions etc.
3. Well conversant with hands on working knowledge on computer applications like MS Office.
4. Exposure in dealing with and accounting related to Exports and Imports and other Foreign Exchange related matters.
5. Experience in Textile Industry would be an added advantage.
6. Working knowledge of SAP is desirable.
7. Should posses Interpersonal skills, analytical abilities and good communication skills.
