    Position Purpose:
    To provide a professional high quality service to ANZ internal customers by:
    Filtering of Inward/Outward SWIFT messages to and from ANZ, and customer account data through the Prime (Metavante) Compliance Manager, which searches for sanctioned names and countries

    Major Responsibility Areas:

    * Messages are filtered through the Compliance Manager and processed in a timely manner.
    * Customer account data is filtered through the Compliance Manager and processed in a effective manner.
    * Suspect transactions identified, referred and/or escalated for resolution in a timely manner.
    * Provides superior customer service at all times.

    Break Out:
    *Continuously improve the processes employed. Identify, adapt and rework previously defined solutions and approaches to further increase timeliness and accuracy.
    *Ensure communication between Bangalore and New Zealand is comprehensive and transparent in all matters. All inward and outward e-mails to be shared with team.
    *Find new ways to enable New Zealand and Bangalore resources to combine in complementary manner to run processes.

    *Display high level of staff motivation, commitment, performance and knowledge.
    *Takes personal responsibility for dealing with problems and issues promptly.
