The incumbent will be responsible for the treasury functions such as Trade Finance, Cash Flow Management, Credit Proposals , Foreign Exchange, Working Capital Arrangement & Management, Risk Management, Arranging Short term/Long Term Loans, Project Financing, Asset financing, Treasury MIS, Bank Guarantees etc. Should be mature individual with good relationship management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be a MBA/CFA/CA/CPA with minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in handling treasury operations. Prior experience in a similar role in Oman/GCC would be an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES AND DUTY (NOT LIMITED TO)

Inspection request giving to consultant and checking all the activities with consultant. Maintain daily progress report as per drawing, calculating quantities of materials, day to day planning, quantity of materials issue as per estimate. Following bar bending schedules, prepare measurement sheet quantities for making invoice, manpower handling, time keeping, safety precautions, materials arrangement as per requirement at site materials consumption and requirement placing order of the required materials.

I worked in multi story car parking project (Basement area 9650Sq.mt. and G+3 Floor). Client Suhail Bhawan Group and consultant COWI & PARTNERS.
Responsibilities are , checking day to day activities as per measurement and given in the drawing and preparation of company documentation works, inspection request given to consultant and checking all activities with consultant and take the approval from requirement, placing the order of the requirement, maintain daily progress report and calculation quantities of as per drawing etc.
