Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Caretaker of the assets, procedures, policies, systems and controls (includes risk, insurance and forex)

· Statutory and legal compliances required under the Company Law, Direct & Indirect Taxes, Local Commercial Laws, etc.

· To ensure generation of timely, accurate and relevant MIS and co-ordinate computerization and introduction of systems.

· Accurate accounting, Monthly and Annual Accounts and Liaison with Internal and Statutory Auditors.

· Preparations and presentation of Budgets , and its comparisons.

· Designing and implementing costs systems in order to assess product-wise contribution and profitability.

· Working Capital Management and Banking

· Overall in charge for the Financing and Accounting functions of Company , and all satellite companies.
