Job Description:
House parenting for senior girls of classes VIII-IX that includes pastoral care, guidance, counseling, and motivating for academic excellence. The candidate should be able to enrich the experience of students with activities that are planned during their non-academic time.

Desired Candidate Profile:
A lady houseparent having experience in reputed residential schools to handle girl students of classes VIII-IX. Teaching experience would be an added advantage.
The houseparent should be affectionate, energetic, creative, and passionate about the pastoral care of children. The candidate should have a kind and child friendly personality, should possess a mature approach for problem-solving and enjoy a warm relationship with her wards at all times. She should be able to guide and nurture the girl students in their formative years and contribute constructively towards developing a wholesome personality in them. She should have an inherent understanding of child psychology, have good management skills and be pro-active in creating an amiable atmosphere in the hostel.
