Job Description:
Have excellent written and oral communication skills, Should be able to handle correspondance independently.
High degree of computer literacy like working on MS-office (MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point), internet, E-Mails with good typing speed on Keyboard.
Maintain correspondence by answering the telephone, taking and relaying messages, screening calls; responding to telephone enquiries whenever possible. Operating office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems.
Handle reports from sales team. Assist the Marketing Manager by ensuring proper filing of all documents.
