Job Description:
a) Handling all correspondences and the calendar for the MD.
b) Co-ordination and correspondence with internal management and external agencies and the board members.
c) Managing travel and other arrangements for the MD and visitor’s from Turck Germany Etc.
d) Attend to all calls to the MD etc.
e) Direct reporting to MD.
f) E-mails to customers, Introduction letters , success stories etc.
g) Data base of customers , area wise etc.
h) Advertisements and write-up’s in magazine’s etc. ( to co-ordinate with Turck – HQ in Germany )
i) Up-gradation of website.
j) Event management ( Exhibitions , Seminars etc. )
k) Product literature update ( stock )
l) Devising and implementing marketing plans for successful product launches.
m) Ensuring maximum brand visibility and achieving sizeable market share.
n) Individually handling all core HR activities from short-listing of candidates to conducting interviews, appointment of candidates etc.
o) Preparation of BPR and sales forecasts every month.
• Good Communicator in English, It would be ideal if it were possible to win over a candidate who is fluent in German Language.

Female Graduate preferably with management education with at least 3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in the corresponding or similar market segments in India.
