Job Description:
-To provide back office support.
-Day to day general administration, upkeep and maintenance of office.
-Management of office inventory.
-General filing/hardcopy document management.
-Assisting Accounts Department.
-Maintain correspondence by answering the telephone, taking and relaying messages, screening calls; responding to telephone inquiries whenever possible. Operating office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems.
-Handle reports from sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile:
-Should demonstrate strong communication and administrative skills.
-Should possess excellent telephone etiquette.
-Ability to work with the minimum supervision and be able
to exercise a high degree of personal responsibility, judgment and initiative.
-Knowledge of Ms Office is Must (Ms- Word,Excel) and Tally.
-Good communication skills
-Typing speed of atleast 40 w.p.m.
