- Project 1 : Analysis of Rectangular Profile Microchannel under forced
Convection Heat transfer condition.
Responsibilities : Design and development of various geometry rectangular
microchannels using copper material and build set up for testing
and analysis of Heat transfer through it.
3D modeling is done by using CatiaV5 R17 and Pro-E software’s.
Analysis and simulation is done with help of ANSYS (CFD) software.

Synopsis : Approach to analyze close solution to heat transfer in compact
small size electronic components application..
Now a day’s electronic equipment cooling is becoming significant,
and by using microchannels large amount of heat flux can be
dissipated using liquid coolant (water). Focus is on enhancement
of heat transfer and minimize pressure drop. Thus Microcooling is
best solution for electronic microprocessors cooling and many
more applications.

- Project 2 : Enhancement of Car Air Conditioning System
Responsibilities : Analyzing and Designing and testing of shell & tube heat
exchanger using various formulas and concepts. Manufacturing
the Heat exchanger using different materials like copper,
aluminum, steel, cast iron having different thermal conductivities.
3D modeling was done using Catia V5 R17 and AutoCAD.

Synopsis : By installing the designed Shell & Tube Type Heat Exchanger with
R134a as refrigerant theoretically we found that the COP of the
current Indica Vista car A/C system increases by 0.25%
compared to the system with no Heat Exchanger.

- Winner of State level Inter Engineering Volleyball Sports of Tournament “M-Sports 09” organized by Modern College of Engineering and was being Event Head for this event.
- Played Volleyball on University level and Table Tennis on Inter College Level.

- Awarded as Best Sportsman of Mechanical Department for year 2008-2009 in P.E.S.M.C.O.E.
