Job Location:- Jubali, Saudi Arabia ( Middle East)

Responsibilities:-

• Review and manage Tower Field Services QA & HSE systems in the Middle East region, its applicability to local status and implementation with the live business environment.
• Provide assistance to site Services, Operation in developing technical proposals in response to customer quires, and in accordance to company's QA & HSE manuals.
• Introduce QA & HSE best practices for both sites equipments & operations.
• Conduct regular QA & safety internal Audits to ensure that the highest standards
are being observed.
• Train staff on use of QA & HSE procedures where required.
• Obtain and be accountable for OHSAS 18001 certification.
• Prepare and maintain a library of Welding Procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Degree with minimum 5 Years of experience in petrochemical, Oil & Gas
Plant turnaround.
• Certified safety officers will be added advantages.
• Good working knowledge/Language skills within Southeast & East Asia, China
and India.
• Knowledge and Experience in Welding & mechanical fitting.
• Good Project and site management skills.
• Site experience related to Tower internal work essentials.
• Willing to travel within short notice.
