Title :LINE TRACKING ROBOT MOUSE

Abstract :
Line tracking mouse is nothing but a mouse shaped robot follows a line or tracks the line. So it is called as line follower robot mouse
Line follower is a machine that can follow a path. The path can be visible like a black line on a white surface (or vice-versa) or it can be invisible like a magnetic field.
Sensing a line and maneuvering the robot to stay on course, while constantly correcting wrong moves using feedback mechanism forms a simple yet effective closed loop system. As a programmer you get an opportunity to ‘teach’ the robot how to follow the line thus giving it a human-like property of responding to stimuli.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
I am the leader of the project. I selected this project by searching in the internet. I guided my batch mates for completion of the project. I gave the final presentation on this project.

Title :TRANSIENT STABILITY ENHANCEMENT USING TCSC CONTROLLER

Abstract :
Power engineers are currently facing challenges to increase the power transfer capabilities of existing transmission system. Flexible AC Transmission system (FACTS) controllers can balance the power flow and thereby use the existing power system network most efficiently.
This project presents a systematic procedure for modelling and simulation of a single-machine infinite-bus power system installed with a thyristor controlled series compensator (TCSC) where the synchronous generator is represented by model which consists of field circuit and one equivalent damper on q-axis. TCSC is used as series compensator in transmission system. In the present work a TCSC controller is designed and tested over a single machine infinite bus (SMIB).
The model of the example power system is developed using MATLAB/SIMULINK which can be can be used for teaching the power system stability phenomena, and also for research works especially to develop generator controllers using advanced technologies.

I am the leader of the project. I selected this project by the guidance of our professors. I guided my batch mates for completion of the project and also I contribute myself to get desired out put.
