    1. Handling Pre-Shipments & Post-Shipments documents as well as all bookings of containers.
    2. Sending Proforma Invoices to Customers.
    3. To make CSO after receiving Purchase order from the customer.
    4. To prepare Invoice, Packing List according to requirements.
    5. To prepare Export Documents considering payment conditions (100% DP, Documents through bank, Advance Payment, Credit, L.C etc.)
    6. To Study L.C and make documents.
    7. To Prepare BRC.
    8. To Schedule dispatches of material from factory by taking advice from Sr. Manager.
    9. To inform customer about sailing of Vessel.
    10. Interaction and Co-Ordination with new agents of different countries.
    11. To send Company Introduction to Importers & Exporters of different countries.
    12. Co-Ordinating with Shipping Companies regarding Bill of Lading, Freight Certificates, Freight Payments etc.
