Key Responsibility Areas across Assignments :
- Taking over of the Project – Responsible for taking over of new project from sales departments to installation department with all important documents.
- Study of Contract Documents and doing CCD’s – Reading, checking and listing out all the important points indicated in the contract order and doing CCD’s (Customer Contract Documents) along with customer and our sales people.
- Documentation - Responsible for all the documents from starting to end of the project.
- Sites Survey and pro-active steps - Visiting the sites and prepare the site as per our requirement with the help of client before installation of the elevator and taking all the pro-active steps which may cause the target failure
- Allotting the Project to the sub- contractors – Finding the sub-contractors and allotting a particular project to the sub-contractors.
- Planning & Scheduling- Making project plan & schedule with sub-contractors and chasing the targets at site to complete the project in time.
- Material Management – After safe delivery & stage wise storage of the material at site checking the material as per packing list and handing over the material to the sub-contractor.
- Import Material : Co-ordination of material clearance from Factory-Port to at site.
- Installation- Fully responsible for the installation of Elevators for my sites including all the technical skills and sort out all the technical problems.
- Safety – Responsible for maintaining proper safety at sites for men & environment and providing all important safety equipments for each and every man working at site for ThyssenKrupp to achieve zero accidents.
- Inventory Management - Maintaining proper inventory at sites.
- Man and Money Management – Managing the manpower and money at site for getting least cost spent in the project.
- Billings – Responsible for preparing the bills for sub –contractors and make sure for there payment at time.
- Co-ordination- Maintaining better co-ordination between clients & company for positive approach in company growth.
- Quality – Responsible for maintaining the quality of elevator as per company standards.
- Root cause analysis- Finding the root cause for target failure and taking proper steps.
- Handover of Project- Responsible for handover the project to client and achieve his satisfaction.
