Roles & Responsibilities :
- Auxiliarily leading the 13 member team of Testing & Assembling Department.
- Responsible for daily, Weekly and Monthly Production and Testing of Electronic assemblies.
- Scheduling & planning as per monthly target requirements.
- Achieve the daily production target under systemized plan.
- Analyzing the root causes for the failures that occurs during testing of Electronic assemblies and Trouble shooting the problems encountered.
- Evaluate and write Corrective Action Reports, and follow through on implementation of rework and process changes.
- Maintaining records such as Bill of Materials [BOM], Assembly layout diagrams, Stencils and Gerber files for the related Electronic assemblies.
- Implementing ECN, PRN changes by interacting with Engineering Department in regular production activities and maintaining relevant records of them.
- Work with Procurement and Quality Teams as needed to develop and meet all safety and quality requirements.
- Conveying the core causes of failures and Assembly related problems to R&D department which arises during testing processes and forwarding it to them through PPI.
- Conveying the assembly related problems, Monthly reports and Feedbacks to the EMS manufacturers.
- Arranging for periodic audits on EMS manufacturers and played a key role with the auditing team.
- Played an active role in New Product Development [NPD] of the company with EMS manufacturers with combined interactions from Engineering team and R&D.
- Ensuring ESD safe work area by regular maintenance and observations.
- Active participant of SGA activities.
- Responsible in creating necessary Manufacturing documents / Instructions for production floor operators and technicians for efficient and zero defect manufacturing.
